Hello

Question: Do you get strange emails in regards to your blog? I don't know why mine generates as much traffic as it does, it really doesn't have much content on it other than personal ramblings, but lately I keep getting emails from people.

Weird.

Anyway, how are you doing?

Today is my mom's Birthday. HAPPY BIRTHDAY MOM!

I don't have much to say but Drew really wanted me to put a picture up of the Count from Sesame Street. I don't remember why but that's okay. I said I'd do it. He doesn't even know that apparently I was obsessed with Sesame Street as a little tyke.

Anyone else think the snow yesterday was BEAUTIFUL but a complete inconvenience? It made me think of the last funeral I was at. They said that when everyone complains about the snow Kane would say something like, "it has to snow before spring cane get here".

A lot of things are like that in life I suppose. Most good things don't just show up without a little bit of an inconvenience before hand. For example, you don't get to crawl into bed at night without and entire day of work, homework, and cleaning stuff up. That was a lame example but definitely what I was just thinking about.

I'm treating myself to potato soup for supper tonight. I bet you're jealous.

Make today special!
much love,
carrie jade

Thanks, Carrie! I, too, thought the snow was pretty!

Everytime I think of beautiful snow I think of The First Snow Fall by James Russell Lowell. Its a sobering work of art. But, I enjoyed the "everydayness" of this post.
